We offer 14 days to request a refund from the date of purchase if you are not satisfied with the course or subscription for any reason. If you feel that the course does not meet your expectations, simply notify us within 14 days, and we will refund your payment.

  • To request a refund, you will need to provide your account information and explain the reason for the refund request.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

3. Canceling a Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your personal account on the website. Once you cancel your subscription, no additional payments will be charged, and you will continue to have access to the course until the end of the paid period.

Note: Once you cancel your subscription, no refund will be provided for the remaining days or months, as access to courses is provided on a subscription basis.

4. Access or Technical Issues

If you experience issues with accessing video lessons or other materials (e.g., technical glitches, loading errors), please contact our technical support. We will do our best to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • More than 14 days have passed since the purchase.
  • You have already used or downloaded materials (if this applies to a specific course or resource).
